Egg Roll in a Bowl
Egg Rolls are so good, however if you are trying to stay low carb or keto, the wrap is high in carbs! Try this keto style egg roll in a bowl. Our family loves this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as well.

Ingredients
- 1 lbs Ground Sausage
- 2 Bags Asian Mix
- 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Minced
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Brown Ground Sausage in a pan on medium heat.
- Add Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Garlic, and Ground ginger your ground sausage.
- Add Asian Mix, Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15.
- Remove from heat, and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Keto Egg Roll in a bowl is one of our family favorites.
Some modifications include shredding your own cabbage. I chose to use Asian Mix in a bag I got from the produce section.
This recipe can be made vegetarian by omitting the sausage and only using veggies or adding tofu!
Change up this recipe by substituting different proteins, shrimp, chicken, or beef.
This recipe is also perfect for meal prep.
