Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms
Here is a unique twist on Spinach and Artichoke Dip! Omit some chips and stuff some mushrooms instead!
Equipment
- Air Fryer
- Oven
Ingredients
- 2 cups Spinach Cooked
- 0.25 cups Artichokes Drained and Chopped
- 4-6 Mushrooms Can Sub Large Mushrooms
- 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven or Air Fryer to 350 Degrees.
- Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Set Aside.
- In a bowl add cream cheese, cooked spinach, garlic, artichokes, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff Mushrooms with your mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Broil for extra minute on high to toast top!
- Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

I chose to cook mine in the air fryer, however you can also cook these in the oven.
